Cap-Haitian

  • ½ oz Rhum Barbancourt 3 Star, Aged 4 Years
  • ½ oz Absentroux
  • ½ oz Italian herbal liqueur (Strega)
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Serve straight up with a lemon wheel or piece of citrus.
