Haitian Holiday Punch

  • ¼  of 750 ml bottle Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years
  • 1 750 ml bottle cognac
  • ¼ of 750 ml bottle orange liqueur
  • 32 oz orange juice
  • 16 oz pineapple juice
  • 16 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 750 ml bottles champagne

Pour all ingredients except champagne into a large container. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Add the chilled champagne when serving. Pour punch into a cocktail glass and decorate with a slice of lemon.
