• 1 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • Splash of club soda
  • 2 drops of Angostura bitters

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass, add 1 big rock of ice, then add the Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star and lime juice. Complete the cocktail with club soda and Angostura bitters.
